iX is a true Platform as a Service. We are available on iOS, Android, and Web. 

This being said, there are a series of API's that connect our various systems across the platform and with all complex platforms there is always going to be some type of bug (error) to work out. If you are having problems, please do not get frustrated and feel free to contact our support team. 


  • Users SHOULD use the same Email ID across all our systems, this helps the programming team link your accounts where needed. 
  • Users should whenever possible, create a Free account with the iX App and then paid for any membership using the Web Platform.
